Cancellation Policy

Because all sessions are custom designed and require prep and dedicated time by your faciliator upon booking, reserved time for each client and corporate event, cancellations will always result in a 75% total fee charge regardless of circumstances surrounding the cancellation. Rescheduling will be accommodated (once per session or event) for private sessions prior to 72 hours before the session, otherwise the full fee will be charged.
